Important Notes
| • | Minimum stay of 7 nights required. |
| • | Maximum capacity allowed: 12 | 16 people as booked |
| • | A security deposit of €1000 will be required upon check-in (usually in the form of a credit card hold). The property will be unlocked within a maximum of 7 days after check-out (depending on the bank, this may take 7-14 days) provided the villa shows no damage after inspection by our staff. In case of damage, we reserve the right to a conditional refund within 30 days of check-out. Note: If the guest pays in cash, and check-out is after 5 PM (after prior authorization for a late departure by reception) and 9 AM, the security deposit will not be refunded on the day of departure; in this case, it will be refunded by bank transfer within 7 days. |
| • | In the event of holding any event at the Villa (birthday, party, wedding, etc.), an additional surcharge of €3000 will be applied. This fee does not include any type of service. In the case of an event taking place, the security deposit increases from €1000 to €5000. Note : If our staff find any event taking place at Vila Santa Eulalia (where there are more people who have permission to stay there) without prior notice or payment of the required fee, and this constitutes a breach of regulations, a fine will be applied (amount of the event fee plus damages for non-compliance). |
